I found this meme on a Viva Frei video. (The link is to give credit; I'm not asking anyone to watch the video, which is an hour and 40 minutes long.)

I'm leaving it as it is for now, for those who enjoy puzzles. What's going on here? (I'll explain later.)

Since everyone is far too busy this time of year to play games, I'll post the riddle's answer. There are actually two players in this scene: The photo, of course, is of China's Xi Jinping. However, the quotation is not his, but came from Canada's Justin Trudeau.
